Key Responsibilities And Qualifications :

• Resident Care :

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.

Current and valid LPN license in Utah.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed, with appropriate lifting techniques and assistive devices.
