Shifts Available :
Day Shift (7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm 1 / 2-hour unpaid lunch)
Evening shift (3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm 1 / 2-hour unpaid lunch)
Night shift (11 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am 1 / 2-hour unpaid lunch)
All SLPN's working 2nd or 3rd shift will be eligible for $1.00 / hr. shift differential.
This position may include a sign-on bonus of $2,000.00, which will be paid out equally over a one-year period at 6-month intervals (restrictions apply). Any employee leaving employment with the agency or moving to OPS prior to that timeframe will forfeit any additional bonus payments. There is no guarantee of payment unless you complete the terms of employment. If you leave prior to completion of the term, you are owed nothing by the Agency, and the recoupment of any previously paid bonus amount will be at the Agency's discretion. Returning employees must have left the Department for a period of 12 months or more to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The incumbent is responsible for providing quality care to veteran residents to ensure their health, safety, and security in accordance with established agency Standard Operating Procedures and Nurse Practice Act. Perform assigned duties to include but not limited to administration of medications and treatments per MD order, monitoring and providing interventions to meet the needs of the resident, completing accurate Clinical documentation reflective of resident's status and supervising CNA and other supportive caregivers.
