LPN Qualifications :

Unrestricted Washington LPN License OR Compact License

LPN Experience (6 months +)

CPR (BLS) Card from the American Heart Association

Negative TB Test from within the past year

Physical Exam from within the past year

Up to date Immunization records

Ability to pass background check
