The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of land surveying projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. A company vehicle will be provided. Manage and coordinate all aspects of land surveying projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Conduct field surveys and measurements using a variety of modern surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS. Prepare maps, diagrams, and reports detailing the results of surveys and ensuring their accuracy. Determine property boundaries and provide advice on boundary issues. Collaborate with civil, architects, construction personnel, and planners to provide surveying information for construction and development projects. Ensure compliance with regulations and codes. Stay up to date with new surveying technology and industry developments. Provide advice on property and legal issues related to boundaries and surveying. Resolve discrepancies in survey results. Maintain detailed records of all surveying activities and ensure data integrity. Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the states of OH or WV or KY. Minimum of 5-10 years of professional surveying experience, with a strong background in land surveying, cadastral mapping, and survey control. Proficiency or working knowledge in AutoCAD and GIS systems. Good understanding of property law and regulations related to land surveying. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in performing complex calculations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

We provide civil / site design and land surveying , environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing / building envelope, A / V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge / roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Surveyor who will play a key role in our Site Design Team. You'll leverage your expertise in Surveying and creative problem-solving skills while collaborating closely with institutions / municipal agencies, Architects, Engineers, and project teams.
