As a Therapist, you will support children and youth from infancy to age 18 who are involved in the child welfare system. You will meet regularly with clients in various settings, including foster homes, family homes, schools, or residential facilities, to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual counseling. Additionally, you will facilitate, transport, and supervise visits between children and their birth families, offering family counseling as needed. This role involves attending child and family treatment team meetings, participating in court hearings, and maintaining accurate case documentation of all interactions.
