A typical day as a seasonal, experienced tax professional means you will serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team. You will provide advanced tax training to be successful. It would be even better if you also have a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, experience completing complex returns, and 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. You will also need experience conducting virtual tax interviews and experience with tax planning and audit support. Sales and marketing experience is a plus.

What you'll bring to the team includes conducting tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools, preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, offering additional products and services, providing clients with IRS support, mentoring and supporting teammates, and successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment. You must also meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
