The manager in this role will work as a leader or more senior member of several project teams supporting clients on a wide variety of engagements covering topics such as financial modeling, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues, litigation, pricing, and product development. The Role

• Lead small projects and play a senior role in larger projects to meet client engagement objectives
• Manage and direct more junior colleagues that perform analysis and develop tools, ensuring a high quality work product has been prepared and will be delivered to the project manager or client
• Share knowledge and experience with other colleagues
• Mentor junior colleagues
• Work collaboratively with others on a project team
• Review peer work product as a quality control measure
• Play a key role in client correspondence in both written and verbal format
• Play a lead role in preparing for meetings and interactions with clients, manage expections of the project manager and raise appropriate issues to Client Relationship Managers
• Contribute to development of intellectual capital that leads to our service offerings such as Predictive Analytics, Financial Modeling, Experience Analysis, Regulation Changes among others
• Support revenue generation for the firm by meeting billable hour expectations and assisting in the sales process
• Make continuous progress on the SOA exam curriculum toward an FSA designation, utilizing a competitive student program or complete CE requirements to maintain SOA credentials depending on exam status
