About the Role :

Welcome to the world of product-led coaching!

You will be responsible for coaching our users to use our products to reach their health outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Use your nutrition & coaching skills to orient users toward their health goals
Manage incoming customer queries via various channels promptly.
Channel feedback to the designated teams and help take Ultrahuman TO THE MOON.
Work on eliminating SLA response times, and ensure a stellar customer experience across time zones.
Assist technology teams in improving customer experience.
Liaison with our user experience team and other athletes and ensure that our users get the proper guidance.
Taking a consultative approach to helping our users overcome issues and achieve goals to provide them with a 7-star experience.
Build your toolkit and let automation make your job easier. We believe in smart work, not hard work.

Prerequisites :

Certification or degree in nutrition / exercise physiology

Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technology teams.

Minimum of 1 years of work experience.

Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to and willingness to invest in continuous learning on the job in health, fitness, biohacking, and nutrition.
