Job descriptionCurrent WSI certification CPR / First Aid and Lifeguard credentials. Ability to coach combat-style swimming (not competitive swimming). Strong instruction communication and safety management skills. Ability to work independently and maintain structured daily training schedules.

Position Overview :
Telum Corporation is seeking a Swim Coach / Instructor to support NSW candidate preparation programs at NSW Assessment Command East. This individual will run structured performance-focused swim training for SEAL and SWCC candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily (MonFri) 2-hour swim training sessions at JEB Little Creek.
- Develop and implement a NSW-specific swim training curriculum.
- Track and report individual candidate progress times and improvements.
- Ensure participants complete required paperwork (information sheets hold harmless forms).
- Serve as first responder in accordance with venue medical procedures.
- Provide monthly reports of all swim sessions and candidate performance to the Program Manager.
