We are a top 1% performing insurance agency nationwide and are continuing to grow. We are seeking a driven and client-focused Life Insurance Specialist to join our team full-time.
This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses, with the base salary dependent on experience. The role provides strong earning potential and long-term career growth within a high-performing agency.
The position is full-time with flexible days and hours, allowing for work-life balance while maintaining accountability for results. The role is open to remote work within the Greater Kansas City metro area for the right candidate, with occasional in-person meetings or appointments as needed. Reliable transportation is required.
The ideal candidate is consultative, self-motivated, and comfortable guiding clients through life insurance solutions that protect their families and financial futures.

Consult with clients to assess life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Present, explain, and sell life insurance products in a clear and professional manner
Follow up with leads and manage an active pipeline of prospects
Assist clients through the application, underwriting, and policy placement process
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Meet or exceed individual production and performance goals
Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a high-quality client experience

Active life insurance license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must reside in or be able to work within the Greater Kansas City metro area
