Compensation Compensation is based on commission only and average commission is as follows : A full-time agent on average makes between 10,000 and 15,000 dollars A MONTH. A part time agent on average makes between 5,000 and 7,000 dollars  A MONTH.  Utilize the opportunity as a side hustle, and you could bring in an extra 1,000 to 2,000 dollars A MONTH OR build the business you've always wanted - building your own agency and leave a legacy which pays your family for GENERATIONS TO COME.
