Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits Cross-sell products across multiple divisions, including Medicare insurance products during peak times Assist with various responsibilities as needed, including support for Population Health initiatives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Recent experience in insurance, call center, or work-from-home settings required Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory High school diploma or GED is required Must obtain a Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance producer license if not already held Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Google Suite
