Compensation :

70,000 - $90,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct educational meetings and seminars to understand client risk tolerance and financial objectives before providing financial advice
  • Utilize a CRM system to organize each client's financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations to create personalized financial plans
  • Offer financial advice and strategies tailored to each client's risk tolerance and financial goals through educational sessions or seminars
  • Utilize social media and marketing tools to identify and engage prospects, nurturing long-term relationships as a trusted financial service professional
  • Recommend savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products to clients based on their individual needs
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans considering each client's financial requirements and life circumstances
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have a strong ethical foundation and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Proficient in expanding networks to discover potential clients
  • Demonstrates exceptional skills in managing relationships
  • Capable of explaining intricate concepts with integrity
  • Skilled in acquiring new clients through building connections
  • Strong aptitude for relationship management
  • Possession of a Life and Health license would be beneficial
  • Highly competitive nature is a must
