Position Description :

CGI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Life Insurance Process Analyst with a strong background in Life Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Life and Annuity back-office functions including policy issuance, policy servicing, claims, premium application and disbursements. Additional exposure to mailroom and contact center operations a plus. Experience either as an employee of an insurance carrier or multiple projects as a consultant required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to apply their Life / Annuity product expertise to solve complex and challenging problems and contribute to the growth of the CGI Life / Annuity practice.

This role is based in our CGI Office in Hartford, CT, New Brunswick NJ, Plymouth Meeting, NY, NY, and Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Lead the analysis of Life and Annuity operations including processes, staffing / organization, performance metrics, etc.
• Document / clarify business rules and process flows.
• Identify opportunities to rationalize, automate, and improve operations.
• Create executive-level deliverables including reports and presentations with recommendations and justifications.
• Support IT teams in identifying automation and other systems-related opportunities for improvement.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $234,300.00 .
