The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a deep understanding of insurance policies, ensuring that clients are well-informed and satisfied with their choices.

Duties:

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels, including outside sales efforts and retail environments.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that align with their requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding the client base.
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration, ensuring clients understand their options and coverage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure all practices meet legal standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele, enhancing customer experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Background in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, allowing for broader client engagement.
