Your Mission: To ensure enrichment programs of recreation and socialization activities, designed to rehabilitate, increase self-esteem and maintain and/or improve the skills of the residents. To provide quality activity programs. Identify interests of residents. Current calendars will be posted throughout the community and kept within the community for timeframe required by state regulations Maintains daily individual records regarding type, frequency and level of participation in activities provided. Solicits and documents resident participation in activities Oversees volunteer program, recruits, trains and supervises team members and volunteers to effectively contact and use community resources Conducts Resident Council Meetings on a monthly basis, recording issues discussed and follow-up. Keeps records of meeting minutes.
