District Fitness Manager Expectations and Responsibilities :
Leading, training and developing multiple teams of Personal Trainers
Increasing Personal Training revenue and profitability through managing sales performance, sessions serviced growth, quality of personal training experience and labor management at each location
Passionate about fitness and coaching others with purpose while providing excellent customer service
Ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health
Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science
Conducts Fitness Assessments according to Company protocol
Exceptionally member service oriented and possesses outstanding communication skills
Willingness to uphold Company protocol and policies
Qualifications :
Current CPR / AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge
Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification and / or 4-year Related Degree (e.g. Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, etc.)
Previous personal training management experience
Ideal candidate has multi-unit management experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Have collaborative team building and performance management capabilities
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking
Must be able to frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
Compensation : $65,000 with additional bonus / commission incentive. Opportunity to make $100k+
