We are currently in search of an experienced Industrial Foreman (2yrs minimum) to join our growing TEAM for several projects in the New Orleans / River Parish areas!

Industrial Foreman Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Civil / Industrial Foreman to lead field crews on dirt and concrete projects within the civil and industrial construction sector. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to enforce company safety standards and construction best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently lead, direct, and supervise field crews performing dirt work, concrete work, foundations, formwork, rebar installation, and related industrial civil tasks.
• Coordinate daily activities to optimize resources, minimize downtime, and achieve production goals.
• Read, interpret, and apply project specifications, drawings, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure crews are properly equipped with tools, equipment, and materials while preventing waste or misuse.
• Maintain discipline and productivity on the jobsite by managing attendance, work practices, and performance.
• Collaborate with other discipline foremen and supervisors to align resources and schedules for project success.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures; lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Actively participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) processes, audits, and toolbox talks.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and project management teams.
