Westinghouse is seeking a Designer for a 6+ month project supporting our energy client in Omaha, Nebraska. Qualifications : Designer with degree or 2+ years CAD experience to support pipeline engineering and mechanical design team. The candidate will develop skills, including 3D modeling, to develop engineering drawings that reflect accurate dimensions and layouts of natural gas pipelines and facilities. Responsibilities include interpreting photos, as-built drawings, civil survey and engineering sketches to create drawing packages used for project construction. Successful candidates will learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple concurrent deadlines, have strong communication skills, work successfully in teams or independently.Employment opportunities may require access to information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
