1. Strong skills in doing soldering / Desoldering SMD TH Components in high complex boards.

2. Good at board rework with high pin count components.

3. Should possess basic knowledge in electronics components like cap res MOSFET Diodes etc.

4. Hands on experience in testing equipment like oscilloscope multimeters power supplies and signal generators.

5. Should be familiar with cabling and wiring at system level.

6. Able to handle PCBA assembly and System level assembly.

7. Good at lab maintenance and inventory management with all details of the equipment
