Foster a culture where safety is everyone's priority through effective communication, coaching, and positive reinforcement. Develop strong relationships with frontline associates and leadership to drive behavioral changes and ensure safety best practices become natural habits. Additional Job Elements include :
Must be available to work flexible shifts including days, nights and / or weekends. For those that do not have an adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, must obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
