Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is seeking an attorney to join the Firm’s growing litigation practice group in our Omaha, Nebraska location.

LDM’s extensive experience enables the Firm to offer expertise in 25 different practice areas, allowing the Firm to remain committed to quality representation, accessibility, and relentless hard work on behalf of clients.
About the Position / Key Responsibilities :
This position will handle a variety of cases including, professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have :
- An ideal candidate would have one year of litigation experience, preferably with experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation.
- Experience in legal research and writing, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive candidate would also have experience as a first or second chair in civil jury trials.
Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.

This candidate should be a self-starter with practical and technical experience, looking to enjoy the support and reputation of a respected Firm.
