Duties :
Take ownership of managing all aspects of privacy litigation cases, from initial research to trial preparation.
Draft and refine key legal documents, including briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
Conduct in-depth legal research on privacy laws and regulations at federal, state, and international levels.
Collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case plans.
Assist in preparing for trials, including document review, witness preparation, and filing motions.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of privacy law developments and advise clients on emerging issues.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior associates and enhancing client relationships.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates with a focus on privacy or related legal areas.
Experience in managing case elements, including legal research, document drafting, discovery, and pretrial motions.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex legal issues.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on effective collaboration within a team.
Active and valid bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
