Litigation Paralegal
Duane Morris LLP, a global law firm with 800+ attorneys in offices across the U.S. and around the world, is seeking a full-time Litigation / Trial Paralegal for its30 attorney Boston office. The right candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of law firm experience in the Paralegal role and substantial experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property litigation and complex litigation with an emphasis on large case management, including trial preparation and management, including experience in the courts setting up trial exhibits and technology . Must be proficient in Electronic Court Filing in federal and state courts, E-discovery, litigation software, specifically Relativity, and other web-based litigation databases. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. The individual must be able to handle multiple, concurrent projects and generate quality work product in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Flexibility to work additional hours overtime, as needed, is necessary and the flexibility to travel on occasion when working with attorneys during a trial.
