Job Description :
LHH is currently assisting one of our Poulsbo clients find their next Paralegal! The ideal candidate will have the urge to learn, and be okay with coming into the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities :
Assist with legal research, writing, and preparation of documents such as contracts and resolutions.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, tracking expenses, and maintaining legal and board files.
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, coordinate Board activities, and assist with budget monitoring.
Ensure efficiency in document management systems and legal processes.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts.
Maintain confidentiality and perform other tasks as assigned by the General Counsel.
Qualifications :
Proficient in legal research tools (WestLaw or LexisNexis) and MS Office Suite.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
