We work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, professional environment.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to provide high-quality support to our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility
Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately
Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities
Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics
Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers
Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries
Observe residents’ physical and emotional condition and report changes
Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol
Perform other duties as assigned
GED or High School diploma required
1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred
CNA preferred
Certifications: CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers
Gentle, caring, teachable, and dependable
Lift up to 50 lbs, push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart
Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements
