We are expanding our promotional division and seeking an outgoing Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, community outreach campaigns, and prominent nonprofit initiatives.

If you are a people-person who wants hands-on experience in event marketing, public communications, customer service, and fundraising , this is the perfect career launchpad.

No prior event or marketing experience is required.

We provide full onboarding, hands-on coaching, and structured professional mentorship from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics: Assist with the daily setup, execution, visual displays, asset management, and breakdown of live marketing events.

Public Engagement:

Nonprofit Advocacy:

  • Share clear, inspiring information regarding nonprofit campaigns, local programs, and charitable initiatives.
