Job Summary
This position is responsible for loading all outbound shipments and unloading all inbound deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities : Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operates a propane sit-down forklift.
- Sort shipments for destination and group merchandise to be included with or fulfilled in an order.
- Loading of finished materials for transport and unloading of raw materials.
- Moving of product to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
- Take product off the production line and store in designated location.
- Transport raw materials to production workstations.
- Inspect forklift to determine the need for repairs and to guarantee safety.
- Verify piece counts on each pallet and compare to label.
- Material handling of all products.

Education and Experience : High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one (1) year previous forklift experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Shipping and Receiving.
