Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (must be able to train on 1st shift for one month)

What’s a typical day as Press Operator? You’ll be:
- Printing customer labels while operating and maintaining press equipment according to supervisor instructions
- Monitoring press output, inspecting for defects or quality issues, and adjusting machinery as needed
- Loading and unloading paper rolls, adjusting ink levels, and ensuring proper registration for high-quality prints
- Cleaning, changing tooling, lubricating, and organizing the work area and equipment
- Following all safety and product safety protocols
- Completing necessary documentation and performing other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience (required)
- Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and are knowledgeable in machinery, tools, and maintenance
- Are proficient in basic math and measurements
- Communicate effectively and work well with others
- Are detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Can physically lift up to 50 lbs and are able to stand, bend, twist, and stretch for extended periods
- Are capable of identifying colors and working with a strobe light
- Can pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing
