Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in the review process and suggest improvements to enhance workflow. Hybrid Work Schedule Management : Successfully adapt to a rotating work schedule, spending one week in the office and one week working remotely after training. Experience : At least 1+ years of mortgage or financial services experience, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked in loan documentation.
