Job descriptionAssist loan officers in managing the loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Handle client communications, document preparation, and follow-up to keep the process on track. Collaborate with the team to create customized solutions that meet client needs. Make outbound calls to realtors, referral partners, and past clients to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships. Engage with borrowers in the pipeline to provide updates and ensure a positive client experience. Support marketing efforts by assisting with content creation, event coordination, and social media engagement to boost brand visibility and attract new business. Collect information from the borrower to provide a clear, concise loan application Communicate with the borrower to establish rapport and collect all necessary documentation to issue a pre-qualification Analyze income, assets, and credit, run automated underwriting, and work diligently to provide an accurate pre-qualification Send loan forms, disclosure agreements, and other supplemental documents to borrowers for completion and signature Assist in the development of Motto Mortgage Pro's Client for Life program, fostering long-lasting relationships between the office, its loan originators, and their clients NMLS license IS REQUIRED Minimum 3 years experience in the mortgage industry Excellent understanding of conforming and non-conforming loans Desire to be a team player and contribute to the team's success
