Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a Loan Closer to work at our Arden Hills office. This position must provide a high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and possess organizational and time management skills.
Job Duties :
- Prepare and review loan documents with accuracy including Closing Disclosures and closing packages
- Prepare and finalize closing disclosures and documents
- Obtain and review closing conditions per underwriting
- Manage the flow of incoming closing requests
- Resolve issues and discrepancies quickly
- Ensure compliance and regulations are adhered to
- Compile and finalize post-closing loan programming requirements for boarding to core system

Salary range for this role is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
