Job Description
Jordan Credit Union seeks an employee who cares about the financial needs of our members and will do everything they can to make our member's day better. They must find satisfaction in serving others, understand the value and purpose of their job, strive for personal growth and excellence, and work autonomously through learning and innovation.
HOURS
Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm with a half day off each week.
DUTIES
Interview business members and prospects seeking commercial loans. Collect and analyze financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness. Structure loan terms and conditions that meet the member's needs and the Credit Union's lending guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of two years of commercial lending experience, including loan origination. Deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statements. Strong ability to cultivate relationships with business members to effectively identify their lending needs. Knowledge of relevant regulations and lending policies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel and Word. Must be 18 years or older.
