Salary Range: $53,520 - $95,500 Incentive Opportunity: 7.5% - 15%

Job Summary

Join us as a Loan Servicing Coordinator, where you will be integral in managing loan servicing actions for both non-consumer and consumer loans. Your role will ensure compliance with regulations while effectively safeguarding the Association's assets through meticulous loan servicing documentation. From the moment a loan servicing request is initiated, you will be responsible for obtaining credit approvals, drafting loan documentation, verifying the collateral position of the Association, and properly filing all necessary papers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of loan servicing for consumer and non-consumer loans from initiation to completion. This includes prioritizing tasks, ensuring all necessary documents are available, collaborating with underwriting teams for credit risk analysis, verifying rates and fees, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review entity and trust documentation, confirm collateral sufficiency, initiate and resolve title work, secure subordinations, and perfect lien positions.
• Document servicing actions and update tracking systems, review collateral for release, and monitor ongoing conditions.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to enhance customer experience and ensure timely service delivery.

Education Requirements

• Preferred: 2 Year / Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience
