Job description65k - $100k+. Base salary + commissions. Benefits package that includes PTO, health insurance, and 401k. A professional yet fun work environment with company events, parties, and game ticket perks. Proven experience in single-family real estate investing, sales, or lending within the DFW market. Strong industry connections preferred (investors, wholesalers, agents, etc.). Sales experience is a plus, but sociability, drive, and industry knowledge are essential. Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when needed. Based in and familiar with the DFW area.

Position Overview :
We’re looking for a motivated individual to build and nurture relationships with single-family real estate flippers and wholesalers while originating hard money loans. Ideal candidates are already active in the real estate investment industry – whether as lenders, investors, wholesalers, or agents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with active real estate flippers in DFW.
- Consult with clients to assess project risks, returns, and the benefits of our lending solutions.
- Collaborate with our underwriting and support teams to analyze deals, collect due diligence, and optimally structure loans.
- Partner closely with internal staff to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Manage deals, alongside loan closers, from initial contact through funding, proactively troubleshooting any issues to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Attend industry networking events to expand our client base and enhance our brand visibility.
