About the Role:
Join CAP ONE LENDING LLC as an Operations Assistant and play a crucial role in our dynamic team! We are dedicated to providing exceptional lending solutions while creating a supportive and engaging work environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Support the team in processing loan applications and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy access.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist in training new team members on operational procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
