Job description
A company is looking for an Inside Loan Originator to convert inbound leads into loans by promoting competitive mortgage products.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert incoming leads and establish a presence in the marketAnalyze rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowersManage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goalsRequired Qualifications and EducationMinimum of 1 year of sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environmentNMLS License and state license under the SAFE ActExperience in collecting and analyzing borrower incomeKnowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting proceduresExperience in converting leads and inbound calls is preferred
