A company is looking for a Loan Processor to provide quality customer service and manage loan documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation for compliance
Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
Strong math and analytical skills
