Job descriptionMaintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, NVR Mortgage branch personnel, and the Homebuilding divisions throughout the entire loan process Manage multiple loan files Collect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan files Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing department Follow up on submitted loans and / or pended loans Coordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as required Remain knowledgeable in all NVRM loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience processing loans, preferred
- Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred
- Minimal travel required
