We are in search of a Loan Specialist I, II, or III to join our Arizona Lending and Insurance department in Tempe, Arizona. This role full-time role reports to the Director, Operations and is accountable for in office credit-related processing, loan file management, accounting and customer account maintenance.
This position is eligible for a limited hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.
Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position in Tempe, Arizona is :
Level I : $39,000 - $56,400; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level II : $43,100 - $64,600; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level III : $47,200 - $70,800; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level IV : $52,300 - $79,000; bonus at target is 8% of salary.
Job Requirements
- Support lending staff in the management of customer relationships by processing transactions, resolving account / customer issues, and providing administrative support.
- Support lenders and customers in their credit requests by completing loan packages, maintaining accurate loan file documentation, preparing reports and ordering loan and lease documents.
- Support loan accounting function for the branch including wire transfers, automatic clearing house (ACH) payments, and data tracking.
- Provide support to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage information flow among relationship managers, credit analysts, documentation staff, accounting staff, appraisal teams, title companies, and customers.
- Complete accurate and compliant work, with attention to numbers, calculations, details, and deadlines.
- Gain and or maintain a notary public license.
- Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
