Job description
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicing and Sub-Servicing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee third-party servicing vendors and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage a Loan Servicing Vendor Oversight Program to assess vendor performance
Lead projects related to Loan Servicing Operations and validate investor reporting compliance
Required Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years in mortgage servicing
Experience with GNMA servicing and correspondent loans is preferred
Strong knowledge of compliance with state and federal regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and collaboration tools
Experience with MERS is strongly preferred
