A company is looking for a Default Loan Servicing Specialist - Foreclosure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage foreclosure activities to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company guidelinesOversee the completion of First Legal Actions and manage timelines and workflow processes for foreclosure casesConduct reviews of foreclosure files and monitor attorney performance throughout the foreclosure processRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and / or LegalHigh School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experienceGSE and Government experience preferredWorking knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with fundamental concepts and procedures of foreclosure
