Pay Rate: $21.03/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Fully onsite from Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 12-months, with potential to extend or convert
Overview
We're hiring a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced banking operations team! If you have experience in commercial loan servicing, collateral management, or loan operations and enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Support commercial loan administration and collateral management activities. Maintain accurate collateral records and process updates in loan servicing systems. Establish, monitor, and maintain loan ticklers to ensure timely follow-up. Prepare, review, and maintain commercial loan documentation. Research and resolve credit exceptions and operational discrepancies. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. Perform data entry and maintain loan information across multiple systems. Identify operational risks and escalate issues as needed. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial banking, loan operations, loan servicing, or collateral management. Experience with commercial loan servicing or loan administration processes. Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and commercial lending terminology. Experience researching and resolving credit exceptions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and investigative skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Experience with LIQ or a similar loan servicing system is a plus.
