What does a Class A CDL Driver do?

As a new Class A CDL Driver at Mid City Lumber LTD, you can expect an engaging and dynamic work environment every day. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. You'll begin each day by performing pre-trip inspections on your vehicle, ensuring safety and compliance. Then, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading lumber and other materials, maintaining an organized and efficient cargo space.

Throughout the day, you'll transport materials to various construction sites, requiring you to navigate local routes and adhere to delivery schedules. Communication with the team and clients is key, as you'll coordinate logistics and report any potential issues. Your role will also involve following safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment. Expect teamwork and camaraderie as you collaborate with colleagues to meet our operational goals.
