Elite Towing of Minnesota is seeking an experienced and reliable Local Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for ensuring the safety of our clients and their vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Operate tow truck and assist in day to day towing, vehicle recovery and impounds.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to calls, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, time, and materials used.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of clients, their vehicles, and fellow team members at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Elite Towing of Minnesota.
