Contract Aluminum Welder

Location : Vancouver, WA 98661

Pay : $31 / hour + $150 per diem (7 days / week)

Contract Length : Up to 2 years

We are hiring skilled Aluminum Welders for the Maneuver Support Vessel (MSV) program—an ongoing, 10‑year project to build 32 vessels for the U.S. Army. These vessels are designed to transport heavy military vehicles, and this role offers a long-term, stable opportunity within a major government-supported contract. Weld testing will take place in Vancouver, WA. Contractors may remain on the project for the full 2-year duration based on performance.

• Airfare and lodging are not covered and must be paid out of pocket.
• Weld test scheduling available 1–3 weeks in advance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00 / hr.
