Job description
If you are an experienced and reliable Class-A flatbed driver and are looking for a position with an established and reputable company, we would love for you to join our family of drivers.
We are looking for a Class-A CDL Flatbed Driver to make multi-stop local (175 mile radius) deliveries. They will be running lumber that needs to be tarped in inclement weather to prevent destroying the product. Drivers will mainly be driving flatbeds and occasionally curtain-sides. You can be home every night and there are no weekend deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have 6 full months of verified Class-A flatbed experience in the past 2 years; 2-3 years preferred
- Experience with Forklifts and building materials a plus
- We will accept an auto restriction
- Must have a good MVR & a stable job history
Drivers are paid miles and stops with a weekly minimum of $900 to start. Within a month or two of being able to do the job, they will jump to $1000+ per week. Back hauls and second trucks pay extra.
Shifts are Monday through Friday, home every night. Shifts can be anywhere from 8-14 hours per day.
Start times are usually in the 4 to 6 AM range.
All trucks are freightliner Cascadia automatics except for one.
