Management of employees to ensure Managed Services expectations are met for Insight's internal and external customers. Overall supervision includes proper planning, forecasting, training and operational efficiency with regards to employee utilization, logistical processes and employee administrative functions. Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within Insight and its partners and clients. Teammate will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and / or departmental metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations processes.
• Report on metric and SLA adherence to all levels of the organization.
• Communicate business activities for sound decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and systems for optimization.
• Maintain open communication with other departments.
• Represent Insight in a professional manner to customers and associates.
• Issue regular reports and some travel required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
