Job Description :

Working in our Salesforce platform, this position will monitor a number of work queues, including data analysis type cases at times requiring investigation and research within our systems and some light data entry. Other requests in the queue require communicating with various requestors and stakeholders. Assist with testing new Salesforce tool projects. This role will also work with our Salesforce data integrity audits, which often involve writing basic SQL queries, Excel formulas, and Salesforce reports, then data-loading into Salesforce. Backup team with creating ad-hoc Salesforce reports as needed. Once onboarded, will further support team as to assist with maintenance and development of Tableau and / or Alteryx (a data automation tool) processes.
