LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Mesa, AZ that is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to the team. This is a full-time on-site Monday through Friday position. Pay range is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on prior experience. Must have prior logistics experience to qualify.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and deliveries to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Track purchase orders to ensure shipping arrangements, timely arrivals, and delivery delays.
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.
• Track and fix shipping errors.
• Prepare bills and invoices.
• Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
• Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
• Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
